Anew chapter in Maussane. Born this spring, Le Bistrot Jaja is run by Julien — a loyal member of the Bistrot du Paradou team for seven years — and his wife Jeanne, a chef trained in prestigious kitchens.

Rather than opening new restaurants alone, Vincent Quenin chose to partner with longtime team members, giving them the chance to take flight by his side. In a true bistro atmosphere, in the heart of Maussane-les-Alpilles, Julien and Jeanne serve refined yet traditional French 'bistronomic' cuisine, rooted in the seasons and in regional heritage: pieds paquets, seven-hour lamb or local green asparagus, paired with gem-like bottles from up-and-coming winemakers.

At Jaja, guests enjoy à la carte or daily specials at lunch, and a single set menu in the evening, either indoors at a wooden table with bistro chairs, or outside on the shaded garden terrace. A place designed for living, where people return again and again — for the food, and for the atmosphere.
