The Café de la Place holds the large terrace on the Place de la République, the kind of spot where the whole village seems to pass by, where you linger over a glass longer than planned.
Or, if you'd prefer something a touch more intimate, the Bistrot des Alpilles on boulevard Mirabeau has been a quiet institution for forty years: a shaded terrace, generous Provençal cooking, and that particular unhurried quality that Saint-Rémy does well.
