A newcomer among our clients, Bistrot Jaja has already carved out a
fine place for itself in Maussane-les-Alpilles. In a warm, unfussy atmos-
phere, the house cultivates the art of the French bistrot: a smiling wel-
come, full-flavoured seasonal cuisine and attentive service that makes
you want to come back, again and again.
In the kitchen, Jeanne Rutten — trained in the prestigious houses of
the Hôtel du Palais in Biarritz and Maison Marcon — delivers a refined
and indulgent cuisine where the produce always takes centre stage.
Beautiful vegetables from the market, carefully sourced meats and the
flavours of the local terroir come together on a short, lively and beau-
tifully crafted menu that changes with the seasons.
In the dining room, the atmosphere is convivial, the service genuine
and spontaneous, and the tables welcome both a complicit lunch and a
dinner among friends. Between the stones of the Alpilles and the gent-
le charm of Provence, Bistrot Jaja stands out as a sincere and gourmet

Nouveau venu parmi nos clients, le Bistrot Jaja s’est déjà
fait une belle place à Maussane-les-Alpilles. Dans une am-
biance chaleureuse et sans chichis, la maison cultive l’art
du bistrot à la française : accueil souriant, cuisine de saison
pleine de goût et service attentionné qui donne envie de
revenir, encore et encore.
Aux fourneaux, Jeanne Rutten, formée dans les presti-
gieuses maisons de l’Hôtel du Palais de Biarritz et de la
Maison Marcon, signe une cuisine gourmande et raffinée,
où le produit reste roi. Les beaux légumes du marché, les
viandes choisies avec soin et les saveurs du terroir se re-
trouvent dans une carte courte, vivante et joliment travail-
lée, qui change au fil des saisons.
Côté salle, l’ambiance est conviviale, le service spontané,
et l’on s’attable aussi bien pour un déjeuner complice que
pour un dîner entre amis. Entre pierres des Alpilles et dou-
