Bourguignon décident de quitter la Belgique afin
de venir s’installer dans le Sud.
L’hôtel b design & Spa ouvre ses portes quelques an-
nées plus tard. Un hôtel 5 étoiles au style contemporain
avec de grands espaces de vie. Un projet de longue al-
lure mené par la famille Bourguignon.
Le restaurant de Nancy Bourguignon y propose une
cuisine féminine et raffinée avec des produits haut de
gamme sélectionnés spécialement par la cheffe.

t all began in 1996 when Mr. and Mrs. Bourguignon
decided to leave Belgium and move to the South
of France. A few years later, the b design & Spa
hotel opened its doors. This five-star hotel features a
contemporary style with spacious living areas, a long-
term project spearheaded by the Bourguignon family.
Nancy Bourguignon’s restaurant offers a feminine and
refined cuisine, with high-quality products specially
selected by the chef.
