created a warm and welcoming spot where wine and
truffles play a major role.
Right in the heart of Carpentras where history and
inestimable treasures lie hidden, this restaurant offers
casual fine dining, bistronomie. Chez Serge works its
magic on the freshest of uniquely seasonal produce, and
the wine list is jaw-droppingly extensive and diverse.
Serge is an ambassador for excellent cuisine of course, but
above all for the cuisine of the Ventoux! "is giant in the
middle of Provence has exceptional climactic conditions
