Provençal reeds, Club 55 has embodied a certain vision of Mediterranean
happiness for nearly seventy years. More than a beachside restaurant,
it is a philosophy: one of effortless elegance, where luxury is measured

The story began in 1955, when Geneviève and Bernard de Colmont
prepared meals for the cast and crew of *And God Created Woman*.
From that simple family beach hut grew a legend, passed down with
passion through the generations. Today, their daughter Véronique and
granddaughter Camille lovingly preserve this remarkable heritage,
safeguarding the spirit of the place while bringing their own sensitivity
and vision. Under their care, Club 55 remains the family table that
became an icon, where every detail reflects sincerity and warmth.
The cuisine tells the story of this enduring commitment to its roots. The
vegetables featured in the celebrated crudités basket come from the
family’s own pesticide-free gardens at Château de la Mole, Domaine
des Bouis and Domaine de Piegros. Carefully pressed olive oil, refined
organic wines, simply grilled wild fish, plancha-cooked sardines and
the famous onion tart all express a genuine Mediterranean cuisine in
which the quality of the ingredients takes centre stage.
Beneath the white-and-blue tablecloths billowing gently in the sea
breeze, international celebrities and Saint-Tropez families gather in an
atmosphere of effortless harmony. Time seems to slow down here, far
from the bustle of the Riviera. Club 55 is not merely a destination; it
