GORDES I LUBERON
Space, Time, Fulfillment
In Gordes, at the heart of the Luberon, Les Bories & Spa unfolds
across eight hectares of rare beauty. Olive trees, cypresses, holm
oaks, lavender, and aromatic gardens shape a vast, light-filled lands-
cape, with a unique view over the Luberon.
The dry-stone structures preserved on the property recall the an-
cient history of this land of shepherds. They give Les Bories its deep-
rooted sense of place, as though the estate had always been there.
The local pale-stone architecture naturally extends this spirit.
The thirty-four rooms and suites, elegant and filled with light, have
been conceived as places of retreat, inviting rest, serenity, and that
rare sense of presence to oneself.
The estate offers two heated swimming pools, one indoor and one
outdoor, a fitness trail, a tennis court, a hammam, a sauna, a fitness
room, and a private helipad. Yet here, luxury is never defined solely
by amenities. It lies in something more subtle: the feeling of a space
that liberates, of time that slows down, of beauty that works deeply
within.
This year, Chef Danh Cuong Nguyễn joins the house, bringing with
him a cuisine in which Provence enters into dialogue with Asia: a
cuisine of balance and well-being, of pleasure and refinement, an
anti-inflammatory cuisine that nurtures both body and soul.
The spa, La Maison d’Ennea, continues this harmony. Across three
hundred square meters, six personalized treatment rooms, inclu-
ding one double cabin, offer a natural approach centered on relaxa-
tion, plants, oils, and energy.
Albumin Therapy therapy and aromatherapy find their full expres-
sion here, within a philosophy of care that invites not so much es-
cape as reconnection with oneself.
At Les Bories, it is not simply a matter of staying in a sublime place.
It is about reconnecting with something more essential: a fuller
breath, a deeper peace, a truer way of inhabiting time.
