Anthony Mauron a débuté le métier de coiffeur il y a plus de 20 ans.
Passionné par l’art en général, il étudie à l’école des Beaux Arts à
Paris. En recherche permanente de sources d’inspirations d’excel-
lence, il travaille pour de grands noms de la coiffure, entre Paris,
Londres et Stockholm. Il exerce sa discipline de coiffeur artiste pour
de grands noms de la mode. Le Château de Roussan est heureux et
fier d’accueillir Anthony Mauron en sa demeure pour son nouveau
concept ultra-personnalisé, et confidentiel. Si vous venez, vous ne
pourrez plus vous en passer.
Anthony Mauron started the hairdressing profession more than 20 years
ago. Passionate about art in general, he studied at the School of Fine Arts in
Paris. In constant search of sources of inspiration of excellence, he works
for big names in hairdressing, between Paris, London and Stockholm. he
exercises his discipline as a hairdresser artist for big names in fashion.
The Château de Roussan is happy and proud to welcome Anthony Mauron
to its home for its new ultra-personalised and confidential concept. If you

Quand mélodie salée rime avec partition sucrée…
Michel Marshall et sa compagne Céline Wahid, inaugurent leur pre-
mière pâtisserie-salon de thé en 2011, à Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.
Curieux de nature, Michel a également toujours travaillé la partie
« salée ». Ils franchissent le pas en juin 2020 en changeant leur
concept en restaurant. Ils y proposent une cuisine goûteuse qui ré-
sonne des consonances lointaines de leurs voyages. Ici, tout est fait
et transformé sur place. Le produit est forcément local, de saison et
magnifié.
Leur accueil et le charme de leur terrasse fera le reste…

Michel Marshall and his partner Céline Wahid set up their first pastry
shop and tea room in 2011, in St Rémy de Provence. A curious person,
Michel has naturally been the one to make the “savoury” side. In June of
2022 they took a leap and changed their concept to a restaurant. Their
cuisine is full of flavour, ringing with the faraway notes of their many
trips. Everything is home-made here. Of course, all products are local,
seasonal and much improved-upon.
