This season, the hotel unveils three new Family Suites spanning 80 sqm — true living spaces combining privacy and conviviality, with two independent bedrooms each featuring its own bathroom and a spacious lounge with a convertible sofa, overlooking the charming streets of the village and the new port. Perched atop the hotel, "Les Toits" is the only rooftop in Saint-Tropez to combine a restaurant, lounge bar and swimming pool, overlooking the village rooftops, its iconic bell tower and the Mediterranean Sea — from sun-drenched lunches and golden-hour cocktails to dinners beneath the stars. Every Thursday, "La Vie en Rose" evenings pair gourmet dishes with pink-inspired cocktails and a female DJ set; on Friday and Saturday nights the atmosphere turns to swing-jazz with singer Cynthia Queenton; and "Sunday on the Rooftop" gathers guests around a convivial table lunch, from whole roasted sea bass to the traditional Sunday roast chicken.

From June through August, Le Pationata returns to the leafy courtyard: a seasonal trattoria where Sicilian-born chef David Ignoffo presents antipasti, focaccia, polpette, gourmet pizzas, fresh pasta and Italian dolci in the spirit of the Italian art of living. For wellbeing, the Spa by Clarins — the brand's only spa in Saint-Tropez — brings together a hammam, sauna, sensory shower, ice fountain and five treatment rooms, with fully personalised rituals and the signature "Nouvelle Vague" treatment created exclusively for the hotel.
