Le Pationata, the seasonal trattoria of early summer evenings
From June through August, Le Pationata returns to the leafy
courtyard of Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez, welcoming both hotel
guests and visitors every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening.
Away from the bustle of Saint-Tropez, this seasonal trattoria creates
an intimate and welcoming atmosphere inspired by the Italian art
of living. Sicilian-born Chef David Ignoffo presents a bright and
generous menu featuring antipasti to share, focaccia, polpette,
gourmet pizzas, fresh pasta and Italian dolci, offering an exclusive
dining experience that is as convivial as it is delicious.
Spa by Clarins, a haven of serenity in the heart of the village
Among the many spaces inviting guests to step inside Hôtel de
Paris Saint-Tropez, the Spa by Clarins – the brand’s only spa in Saint-
Tropez – stands out as an exceptional destination.
A hammam, sauna, sensory shower, ice fountain and five treatment
rooms, including a double cabin, create a sanctuary entirely
dedicated to well-being.
Fully personalised by expert therapists, treatments are tailored
to individual needs, combining Clarins formulas with more than
seventy years of expertise.
The spa also offers a selection of advanced technology treatments
that blend manual techniques with state-of-the-art equipment. The
Indiba ONA facial treatment, Pressotherapy and Cellu M6 Alliance
LPG complement the wellness offering with targeted solutions.
The collaboration between Clarins and Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez
has also given rise to the signature “Nouvelle Vague” treatment.
Created exclusively for the hotel, this ritual combines a facial and
a body massage designed to release tension while restoring the
skin’s natural radiance.
Not to be missed is the “Sunday on the Rooftop & Spa” experience,
bringing together two of the hotel’s signature offerings: a Sunday
lunch at Les Toits and a one-hour treatment at the Spa by Clarins.
The package also includes access to the heated rooftop pool,
usually reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
Whether for a romantic getaway, a cultural weekend, a family
escape, time with friends, moments of relaxation or an evening
spent watching the sunset, Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez cultivates an
atmosphere infused with the Tropezian art of living, offering a sun-
filled retreat at the heart of summer.
An Iconic Address
At the entrance to Saint-Tropez, facing the legendary Gendarmerie,
Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez forms, together with Place des Lices and
the Old Port, the town’s prestigious golden triangle.
Behind its emblematic façade lie 90 rooms and suites imagined by
renowned interior designer Sybille de Margerie, inspired by five
distinctive worlds: the Mediterranean, women, the 1960s, Paris and art.
A New Way to Stay with the Family
This season, Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez unveils three new Family Suites
designed to welcome both young and old in the heart of the village.
True living spaces spanning 80 sqm, these Family Suites combine
privacy and conviviality with two independent bedrooms, each
featuring its own bathroom, as well as a spacious lounge with a
convertible sofa. Overlooking the charming streets of Saint-Tropez
and the new port, they provide a bright and generous setting in which
to fully embrace the Tropezian experience.
“Les Toits”, the Essential Rooftop of the Tropezian Summer
Perched atop Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez, “Les Toits” is the only
rooftop in Saint-Tropez to combine a restaurant, lounge bar and
swimming pool in one exceptional setting, overlooking the village
rooftops, its iconic bell tower and the Mediterranean Sea.
From sun-drenched lunches and golden-hour cocktails to dinners
beneath the stars, “Les Toits” accompanies every moment of the day.
Throughout the season, “Les Toits” sets the rhythm of Saint-Tropez
evenings with a series of experiences to enjoy against a backdrop
of sea views and spectacular sunsets. Every Thursday, “La Vie en
Rose” evenings invite guests to share a selection of gourmet dishes
paired with cocktails and mocktails inspired by shades of pink,
accompanied by a female DJ set. On Friday and Saturday nights, the
atmosphere takes on a swing-jazz flair with live performances by
singer Cynthia Queenton.
Every Sunday, the rooftop hosts its much-loved “Sunday on
the Rooftop” lunch, served at the table in a warm and convivial
atmosphere. The menu features sharing starters, à la carte dishes
and indulgent desserts. Signature highlights include whole roasted
sea bass and the traditional Sunday roast chicken, available by
reservation 48 hours in advance for a minimum of four guests. A
DJ set accompanies the Sunday lunch and extends the sun-filled
afternoon.
