Justine and Margaux, natives of the region, bring a deep
knowledge of local traditions, while Emilie and Anthony,
with their vast experiences in hospitality and real estate,
fell under the spell of Provence 20 years ago.
We chose to set up above the legendary Bistrot du Paradou,
transforming our office into a true home.
