become the patron of the "Nos Étoiles de France" label.
The "Nos Étoiles de France" label embodies values of
excellence, refinement, and commitment. This label aims to
highlight exceptional French tourism professionals. Céline
Martin, the founder of the label, brings together Michelin-
starred chefs in her magazine, which is scheduled for release
in June 2025.
This magazine will reflect the qualities of the chefs and
will enable the creation of a website that will list the most
beautiful French addresses, combating the €1.5 billion
intermediation fees imposed by foreign booking agencies. By
pooling our resources, we will effectively curb a system that
heavily impacts the GDP.

dans son magazine dont la sortie est prévue pour juin 2025.
Ce magazine reflétera les qualités des chefs mais permet-
tra la création d’un site internet qui référencera les plus
belles adresses françaises en luttant contre l’intermédia-
tion (1,5 milliard d’euros) imputée par les centrales de ré-
servations étrangères.
En réunissant nos ressources nous freinerons efficace-
ment un système qui pèse lourd sur le PIB.
