"is wine list perfectly enhances the audacious, creative,

and inspired cuisine, which also proposes two outstanding

house classics: foie gras with apple, spices, and smoked eel,

and the pithivier - Comtat pigeon in puff pastry - with

porcini mushrooms and foie gras.

Le Vivier never ceases to live up to the high standard which

earned it the Michelin star 15 years ago, forever striving for

excellence.
