The restaurant, Les Oliviers, has had one Michelin star since

2019. Its chef, Jérémy Czaplicki, offers a variously-inspired

cuisine with seasonal produce, chosen to have the least effect on

our ecosystem. He’s constantly seeking out exceptional producers

to give the best eating experience to his customers - all that

served up in front of the Mediterranean Sea.

From April to September, the Goélette, right at the foot of

the hotel, is the place for fun. The team there is all smiles and

bonhomie. This is a place for winding down over a summer’s

meal, full of originality.

Sun loungers and parasols decorate this beach, which is one of

the most attractive on the Var coast. Its fine white sand encases

our feet with its summer’s warmth. It feels so good!
